Do you have an actual office in China?
Our headquarter is located in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong with 12 professional staffs for the management and we have satellite offices in Guangzhou and Ningbo, China with 20 merchandisers for sourcing and 6 inspectors to monitor the productions. Our offices are staffed with people to handle all requests for quotes, pre-production samples, production, quality control and logistics.

How do I get started and how does the ordering process work?
Simply send us an email (info@infinity-gifts.com) and tell us what you need. We will then let you know if your request is something we can manufacture for you and gather the information we need to give you a quotation. Once we supply the quote, we will discuss the details of processing your order such as contract conditions, manufacturing and shipping.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ usually depends on the product being produced. Our suppliers will quote low volume items but it is important to understand that smaller quantities will equate to smaller savings.

What is your company's standard response time to quotes?
Our request for quote response time depends on the product. Response time on basic items in 1~2 business days; Whereas more complex items could take 3~5 business days. OEM products may take longer, but we can establish a timeline for you once we get started on your project.

Are duty, taxes and freight included in my quote?
The unit price we quote will be FOB the nearest port to the factory in which your product is being produced. If you request that Infinity Gifts arranges freight, then the cost of freight (CNF) or/and insurance (CIF) will be included in the quote. This includes the unit price and fees in the country of manufacture and shipping (by sea or air depending on your request) to a port in the country of your choice. At that point, you can use your own customs broker or we can arrange for a customs broker to clear the goods for you and send them to the destination of your choice. You will be responsible for:

• Any customs duties and bond fees
• Customs brokers fees
• Document Destination Charges or DDC (These are handling charges at the port)
• Freight charges from the port to the destination of your choice

Do I have to provide a Letter of Credit (L/C) or other financing?
Depending on the size of the order and your credit, we may require a L/C. New customers will be required to pay a deposit at time of order and the balance due upon shipment. After a relationship has been established, we can review and may grant favorable credit terms.

What about confidentiality?
We understand inventors and companies concerns in connection with confidentiality of product information and inventions. Infinity Gifts holds all client information in the strictest confidentiality and will never use it for any purpose other than providing the services requested. We can also sign a NDA for you if you so desire.

Who determines which factory/supplier will be used?
Before we work with any factory, we conduct a full assessment of the production facilities, compliance to social accountability, local labor laws and the general organization of the factory. The results of these assessments, as well as the customers' design and guidelines, will determine which supplier will manufacture the product. We will always select the most qualified source to ensure that all of our customers' requirements and quality levels are met.

Where will my products be manufactured?
Most manufacturing is located in China. However, we do utilize factories in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea and India. Each country has unique advantages, which we consider when deciding where to manufacture your product so you can be assured that they are produced to the highest quality standards in factories that provide the best manufacturing available.
